I've been using my installation of OpenEMM for a few months. I just went to log in and I am getting the error:
Wrong username/password or account temporarily lockedA general error occurred. Please check your input.
I've tried to edit the admin_tbl to change the login/pw, to no avail
Is there a way to unlock and reset the admin password?

You can reset the password back to "openemm" if you set field pwd_hash of admin_tbl back to value 0x9BD796996FCDF40AD3D86025C03F2C9E.
