Actionbased forwarding of archived mailing

Hello,

I have successfully sent out an mailing; now I want to forward the mailing via actionscript to all new subsribers, who subscribed after the mailing was send out.

How can I do this? The original mailing was not an actionbased mailing, but an normal.

Any idea?
