Wrong username/password or account temporarily locked

Using Open EMM 2013 on windows 7 just installed and never accessed gui before however when I put in the default user and pass provided in install guide it says Wrong username/password or account temporarily locked. Any ideas?

Check Tomcat's log catalina.out, maybe the cause of this error message runs deeper.
