May I use OpenEMM to receive my clients mails ?

Hello All, I'm evaluating using OpenEMM.
I understand this application allows TO SEND emails (email marketing).
My question is, also I can use this application to receive normal email from my clients.
What I want, is use OpenEMM, to send my clients email, to have tracking of those emails,
but also I want to receive mails of clients unrelated o related, to the mails I send to them.

Is it possible ? Is it advisable ?

OpenEMM is a tool to send emails and to track what recipients do with these emails, but it is not intended to manage incoming emails.
