(Change system.cfg) not available

I finished install of openemm-runtime-19.04.091 on CentOS 7.
When I run the installer and go to CONFIGURATION I see this in yellow.
I was able to access all the other options.
Is this normal or did I miss something?

system.cfg is not needed. Therefore, this message will be removed in a future relase of OpenEMMInstaller.
