Can anyone shed some light on how to do this? When I try to import I get this error:
No mapping to required column "GENDER"!No mapping to required column "MAILTYPE"!
I then tried to add the GENDER and MAILTYPE column but it did not work.
I can't possibly know the genders of the e-mail addresses I am importing.

For now I used 2 as the gender for every e-mail and it is showing Unknown. Is there a way to change Unknown to something friendly? Like Family? or whatever else. Also the imported e-mail addresses have double quotes on them. will this be a problem?

In the settings menu you can define your own forms of salutations.
