Unsubscribe problem again SOS

after reading all the topics about Unsubscribe and have tried all the methods which mentioned before, i just cant find a helpful solution.

my problem is, after clicking on the link, result is always error.

Try usage "only for forms" for your Unsubscribe action. Does this help?

no, it doesnt help.

unsubscribe link is:
http://localhost.com/form.do?agnCI=1&ag ... D=##AGNUID##

diese link shows directly "Error."

what shall i do now?
any suggestion?

What URL do you use as redirect domain (see field rdir_domain in table company_tbl)?
