can i set the number of Emails, that can be sent with my machine (Openemm on Windows). I have a static ip, but some email providers blocked the emails with the spf filters.
I want to send the emails with my domain provider. But my provider told me, that he accepted only 20-30 per minute.
Can i set this options on my system?
